Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
Loop Signature Products (apparel, mugs, totes, and hats) are dispatched for processing immediately after order is placed. Products are custom made. Orders for these items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 business days. NOTE: Mugs and totes are shipped from a different vendor and will arrive separately.
Damaged items are totally unacceptable. If you happen to receive a damaged product, don’t panic; we got your back. Contact the Loop Support team at info@shopthelooplearningcenter.com within 7 days of receipt. You will be given a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product. PLEASE do not return any items without contacting us first. Once item is received, please allow 5-10 days for processing.
Orders for greeting cards, stationery, or jewelry are processed upon receipt Monday thru Friday. Orders arrived by 4:00 p.m. CST will typically arrive within 2-3 business days after shipping.
Orders are shipped via USPS. The Loop Learning Center is not responsible for orders that are lost, mishandled, or misplaced by USPS. You will receive notification when your ordered has shipped. Please refer to your tracking number and contact shipping carrier for updates.
If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
SIZING
Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing the size charts prior to placing an order.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal.
We have a HASSLE-FREE return policy for greeting cards, stationery, and jewelry. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt for exchange, credit, or refund. Contact our support team at info@shopthelooplearningcenter.com for a return authorization number and for return instructions. Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the support team first.
Items must be in ORIGINAL condition. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.
